Shipping, Returns and Order Policy
Order Confirmation
After your payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Once the confirmation email has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Please make sure all order details, including your shipping address and contact information, are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping and Tracking
At Nestravo, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, warehouse location and product availability.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email. In some cases, tracking updates may take 3 to 5 business days to appear after shipment.
The carrier may occasionally mark an order as delivered before it physically reaches your mailbox or delivery location. If this happens, please allow up to 2 additional business days for the package to arrive.
Processing Time
Order processing usually takes 1 business day.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing and preparing your order for shipment.
After your order has been processed and shipped, your tracking number will be provided by email.
Order Payment
All payments are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
Please review the checkout page carefully before completing your purchase to confirm the currency and final amount being charged.
Separate Shipments
If you order multiple items, your products may be shipped separately.
This can happen due to warehouse location, product availability or faster delivery options. You may receive one item before another.
If your order is shipped in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Nestravo.
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
All product tags, labels, accessories, manuals and included parts must be returned together with the item.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, altered, damaged or returned without the original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
Store Credit
Once your returned item is received and inspected, store credit may be issued for the value of the returned item.
Store credit can be used on future purchases at Nestravo.
Return Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns for:
Sale items
Gift cards
Personalized products
Used items
Items without original packaging
Items damaged by the customer
Items returned without prior approval from our support team
If the original packaging is damaged or missing, we may not be able to process your return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color or variation, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order.
Multiple Returns
The return policy may apply only to your first return request.
For additional return requests, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team with your full name, order number, item description and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Defective or damaged items may qualify for a replacement.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the case properly.
Color and Product Appearance
Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography style and the environment where the item is used.
Small color differences are not considered defects.
If you believe your item is significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact our support team with photo evidence so we can review the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Nestravo is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Incorrect Item Ordered
We ship the exact item, color, size, quantity or variation selected by the customer at checkout.
Please review your order confirmation carefully.
If you ordered the wrong item or quantity, we may not be able to cancel, replace or refund the order after it has been processed.
If an error occurred because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify it.
This is because we aim to process orders quickly so they can be shipped as soon as possible.
If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed after the order has entered processing.
Order Guarantee
All orders are covered by our delivery support.
If your order is not received due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact our support team so we can review the situation.
If approved, a replacement may be arranged and shipped to the original shipping address used at checkout.
Missing Orders
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, delivery area and with neighbors or household members.
If the package is still missing, please contact our support team with your order number and confirmation of your shipping address.
Please note that if the shipping address you provide does not match the address used at checkout, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
You may also contact your bank, since processing times can vary.
